How to be a good human being?

We all have goals and ambitions in our lives but we seldom think about being good human beings. How many of us really think on ways to be a better human being? Very few. So do read this as some of my thoughts may match yours!

10 Ways that will make you a better human being

  • Help others : You should always look forward to helping others. Helping others when they are in trouble is a noble thing to do.
  • Do not harm/irritate/abuse others: If you are not in a position to help someone, then please do not increase his/her woes or do not irritate or abuse the person.
  • Be sympathetic to other’s problems : If you find that your close friend or someone you know is in deep trouble or sorrow, be sympathetic and try to understand his/her situation.
  • Be polite to others: As far as possible (practically), be polite to others and do not talk rude/harsh tone.
  • Do at least one good task daily: Make it a point to do at least one good task on a daily basis.
  • Learn to forgive others: We should learn to forgive others for their mistakes . Learn to forgive and forget.
  • Do not cheat: If you are cheating anyone-whether it is stealing, telling a lie or any other activity, then please dont think that nobody knows. God is everywhere and He is watching.
  • Accept your mistakes: Accept our mistake when you realize it.
  • Do not be egoistic : Do not let ego over-power you. Ego is your greatest enemy.
  • Be God fearing and be thankful to God : Thank God for everything and beieve in God.

Maggi cooked with Indian Tadka

Maggi with Indian Tadka

I am quite experimental with cooking and here is how I experimented with Maggi and the results were nice. Hope you may also love it.

Ingredients: Maggi Vegetable Noodles, Chopped vegetables- Carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum; Red Chilly seeds (Similar to one by pizza hut), Normal oil (Dhara)

Procedure: Take a pan. Pour 2 teaspoons oil. Add red chillie powder. Add vegetables and cook them for about 1 min till they turn little yellowish. Now add water as per maggi pack size. Now add maggi masala maker. Stir the mizture well. To this add tomato sauce/puree. Now add maggi noodles. Stir the mixture and cook it till water dehydrates. Your maggi in Indian style is ready!!

Is it a knife or a spoon?

Is it a curse or a boon?

Is it a sixer or a four?

Is it a real dancing floor?

Or is it all about burgers and fries?

Is it only about birth and death?

Be human – A poem

From being an ape, a nomad  to a civilized man,

The journey was long so was the time span..

Years passed by, summers and winters crossed by,

Rainfalls flooded earth and comets tossed by..

Volcanoes created craters,

Oceans were made by filling these by waters..

I know it became a little evolutionary science,

But thats the truth, with great reliance..

Now we are an advanced species,

With potential to break the universe into pieces..

All we require is a kind and a gentle heart,

To make sure that other species on this earth are not hurt..

Lets all take a step towards humanity,

Lets all make this world a beautiful fantasy..

Where there is love for all,

Whether one is big or too small..

Shopping for Imitation Jewellery

I recently went to Nokia service center to get my phone fixed but discovered an exhibition come sale for women accessories which tempted me to have a look. After getting my phone fixed, I entered the exhibition and discovered many things which I wanted to buy and were available at attractive prices!  

List of  jewellery shopping done 

  • Golden shining bracelet
    Golden bracelet

I began shopping with this shining golden bracelet which I wanted to purchase since last few weeks. It has three layers and costed me just 75 Rs. The actual market price for the same was 120 Rs minimum.

 Next  I shopped this shining silver bracelet which was priced at 35 Rs and was a good deal.

  I found this rose jewellery set quite attractive and a good deal at just Rs 75.

 I found these multicolored pearl beads worth purchasing in different colors : back, red, pink, green, purple and orange each priced at 20 Rs

I liked the design, the shine and the price which was Rs 45 for a pair.

I bought them as design was cool and depicted letter “A” as my name starts with A! They were too priced at 45 Rs for a pair.
