Thought about sharing some tips to keep stress away:
- Do exercise daily.
- Do not postpone tasks/don’t procrastinate.
- Do yoga and meditation on a daily basis especially some breathing exercises.
- Go for a morning and an evening walk.
- Listen to soft music of your choice.
- Sleep for at least 6-8 hours everyday.
- Eat healthy food and a balanced diet.
- Include fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
- Drink lot of water everyday.
- Spend quality time with family and friends.
