You lifted me, you made me smile

We did boxing, all the while

You brought those chocolates for me

You bought me my first tricycle

You gave me all toys I desired

You listened patiently to my toddler talks

You changed my diaper and dirty socks

Mom is mom, but dad is dad

Without both of you, my world would be sad.

My dad you are my super hero

Without you around, I am a zero

You shower me with your selfless love

You hold my hand and hug me tight

I love you dad for you are the best

I say it loud that you made my proud

I wish that you are never sad
